How can we get completely mentally healthy and publish the instruction for it in the journal “Nature”?

According to the Buddhist teachings we are only then completely healthy, when we are completely enlightened:

The Dalai Lama the 14 th once said he does not know a living person who is completely enlightened, according to the definition of enlightened which has been given by the Buddha.

But we think there are some «enlightened» persons on the planet, enlighened according to the following definition for instance from Gurus from India (non Tibetan Buddhist Gurus):

Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche meditated in solitary retreat for 13 years until he experienced something a Guru from India would eventually call «enlightenement»:

The only think which he needed for this where spiritual teachings. The Buddhist spiritual teachings are written down in 200 books. But are not the books of Mattheu Ricard, Buddhist monk with a PhD. in Cellular Genetics has written enough for this? And we mean with that the books «Happiness, « Meditation» , and «Brain Research and Meditation» which Matthieu has written together with Neurophysiologist and Brain researcher Wolf Singer. These are the books we partly have read.

Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche meditated in solidary retreat for 13 years, until he wanted to stay there for the rest of his life. Is this the same as being completely mentally healthy? We hope that someone will publish it in Nature.

Neuroscient Christof Koch wrote about Panpsychism that the advantage of the theory is that it is something which can be proofen or disproofen. The theory or the questions we ask here can also be proofen or disprofen, and the result of it would be something new and revolutionary which Science has never seen before and would therefore be eventually worth to be published in Nature.
