Udo Berndt from smartlive-net shows us the following parameters from an Apple watch
- kcal
- daily total distance
- resting heart rate
- steps per day
- total distance biking
- cycling distance
- None of these parameters are activity parameters. With Garmin watches, wellness parameters can be synchronized easier to HA than activity parameters. These have to be synchronized over Strava
- We do not know if apple health auto export app allows to export any activity data. We doubt about this. Activity data can be synchronized over Strava. But the Strava example we showed is difficult for non-coders.
- Polar watches can be synchronized to Home Assistant. Check which parameters can be synchronized. Polar is less restrictive than for instance Garmin.
- The Polar synchronisation to Home Assistantwas repaired recently. We once more are very grateful to the developer who did it for us. You can find the information about it in our yournal.
We suppose that we get distance data from a Polar watch paired to a foot pod the easiest into Home Assistant
Polar is located in Finland. The social democrats are the strongest political party in Finland. Is this the explanation for this?
Switzerland has the most competitive economy in the world, so we compete here with anybody. But are the Swiss also the most stressed for that reason?
