many data types are supported:

Other are missing, for instance weight. But weight can for instance synchronized to Home Assistant/ InfluxDB:

There is also a Home Assistant Integration for Withings:

Withings has support for sleep tracking devices, for instance the Withings Sleep Analyzer. But we do not know if sleep parameters are synchronized to HA on this path.

  • According to Rob ter Horst, Apple watches are good at sleep tracking, and sleep data can also be synched to InfluxDB: supported parameters: Asleep/In Bed/Core/REM, Deep.

  • but this cannot be compared to an EEG device as far as accuracy is concerned, or more precisely, only Rob compares Apple sleep data to the Dreem2 headband, but do not physiologists roll their eyes about that?
  • Why not to choose a really accurate sleep tracker based on OpenBCI and Python instead?

  • Unfortunately, we were not able to test these devices due to lack of time.
