  • Did the authors receive OpenBCI modules for free in exchange for a paper?
  • None of the papers published that they do not have a conflict of interest.
  • If so is this a paid promotional paper from a legal point of view?
  • The second paper uses an OpenBCI WIFI shield. www.OpenBCI.com does not sell the WIFI shield anymore. Are these modules which are sold on eBay and Aliexpress where the WIFI shield is available?
  • Did the authors receive the modules for free from Chinese sellers?
  • We do not know of authors without conflict of interest who use OpenBCI for ECG and EEG.
