Why does Rob ter Horst not include devices of the highest accuracy such as the ECG treadmill from Schiller in his accuracy tests – does he not want to lower the sales rates of his smartwatches?

Is it not absolutely incomprehensive that Rob ter Horst, a post-doctoral researcher from the CeMM Research Center for Molecular Medicine of the Austrian Academy of Sciences in Vienna who is specialized in biological data analysis:

does not includes these devices of the highest accuracy at the level of his professional education in his accuracy test?. ECG treadmills wich are gold standard for HR measurements for runs on a treadmill up to about 15 km/h, as this paper published by cardiologists of the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio has shown:

Does the CeMM Research Center for Molecular Medicine of the Austrian Academy of Sciences in Vienna where Rob ter Horst works not have high quality ECG treadmills such as the Schiller CS 200 somewhere in a lab which Rob ter Horst could use for his tests? This is hard to believe.

But for research institutes which do not have yet an ECG treadmill such as the Schiller CS 200, those are availalbe for 23 000 USD in the Dr’s Toy Store:

Does Rob ter Horst not want ECG treadmills in his tests, since he first want to test all the devices starting from the Uora ring to brain scanners, and then sell those devices on YouTube? And including ECG treadmills in his test would lower the sales rates of his smartwatches?
