- Texas Instruments has a monopoly for the ADS1299 chip, as well as product developers who use the ADS1299.

- Products from www.openbci.com have been replicated and are sold as OpenBCI made in China. But since OpenBCI has no copy write, can we entitle these copies as clones?

- An OpenBCI made in China module, cable version with 8 EEG channel was about the same as the costs for 8 individual TGAM clone modules (the costs for TGAM module clones have dropped recently).
- But who is interested in products which are based on the ADS1299 which:
- are not reliable on the market
- are not optimized for low-cost high-quality?
- have issues?
- After we looked at all of these information product developers which use he ADS1299 must convince us personally of the quality of their work, which they could not to the present day.
- Even products sold by www.openbci.com have issues, such as OpenBCI Cyton.

- Can we not do without products which are based on the ADS1299 chip from Texas Instruments, and are able to build whatever we want without that chip?
- But should people with this goal not first go to a university library, some of them are open for everyone, as for instance this one?:

We will eventually have to go deeper into the scientific literature about this topic.
And will we not get happy without products which are based on the ADS1299 chip from Texas Instruments?
Product developers which use the ADS1299 chip from Texas Instruments need good arguments for users to convince those to use products which are based on this chip. Do they have those still in the year 2024?
Information for product sellers who do stock market speculation and scalping with products mentioned by Peter Gamma on www.petergamma.org.
According to the little experience of Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org, many of the products listed here are still full of issues which need to be resolved. If you do stock market speculation and sculping with those, you will loose Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org as a buyer of these products and as a reviewer. Is this not risky? Will you not loose a majority of your costumers as well?
And is it not so, that society in general does not accept stock market speculation and scalping with products as those which are listed here? And will you not be politically incapable of finding a majority of the voters if you do stock market speculation and sculping with these products?
And as a consequence will you not be condemned and punished by a political referendum soon? Especially if you do this to a Swiss, since are not majority of Swiss against stock market speculations and sculping with people on a budget? And people in Switzerland are known for a lot of political referendums, since we have direct democracy in this country.
And Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org will fight up to the European Court of Human Rights against people who do stock market speculation and sculping with the products which are mentioned on www.petergamma.org. And if they do not have yet the legal basis there to do so, he will fight for it.
