Was the high accuracy of 99.6% of the Polar H10 chest strap which was tested in one paper confirmed by other scientific studies?

Rob ter Horst says in one of his scientific reviews, that the Polar H10 is «Best for Heart Rate (99.6% Accurate)»

Robs statements are based on a paper of the Swiss Federal Institute of Sports in Magglingen which was partly funded by Polar:

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31004219/

We do not know of any other scientific studies which confirm the high accuracy of the Polar H10 chest strap. Whe have listed here accuracy values which we found in different scientific papers:

From these values we can see that sports chests straps such as the Polar H10 and the Polar H7 have higher accuracy values than optical heart rate monitors as for instance those of Apple watches or from the Polar OH1. But the high accuracy of 99.6 % tested in one paper was not enough so that g.tec medical which does not offer an ECG device which can handle with noisy ECG signals would recomment scientists the Polar H10 chest strap for their scientific studies.
