Mosed found God & Guru Nanak found God, but what was difference in their experience?

Moses found a God outside of him with the name «I am that I am». In the following video at 1:57 Moses asked to the God which he found «what is this God’s name?» And God answered to him, my name is «I am that I am». And Moses asked what he should say to the Israelis about the God that he found. And God answered, «tell them, «I am» has sent you to them, this is my name forever and they will believe you”:

Moses found a God which had the name «I am that I am». But Yogi Bhajan said: «if you do not find God within yourself, you do not find God at all». Soygal Rhinpoche asked the question «who am I?».

In Kundalini Yoga there is a simple answer to the question «who am I»? The answer of Kundalini Yogis is «I am the light of my soul»:

To summarize, Moses found a God which spoke to him out of the fire and his name was «I am that I am». And in Kundalini Yoga, some of those are Sikh who follow Guru Nanak who found God within himself. And to the question who they are, they answer «I am the light of my soul».

Moses found God as a voice which spoke from outsite of him to him with the name «I am that I am». And Guru Nanak found God within himself, and he said that «God and me are one».
