And shouldn’t that be in everyone’s interest? Someone has started surveillance on me. But there’s no justification for such surveillance. I know the legal rules and abide by them. But someone wanted this surveillance and hasn’t stopped it to this day.
The worst experience I’ve had with this, and I suspect a connection, is welfare recipients who cross my path driving new, expensive cars.

This is stuff I dream of.
I repeatedly criticized the behavior of women towards me during this observation. This criticism, which I believe was well-founded, was addressed in such a way that there was no longer any reason for further criticism, but the response was never lasting.
From this, I conclude that I must take a different approach. I will hardly seek a permanent ban on actions directed at me personally, which I would probably be legally entitled to do. But I will likely complain on a regular basis about negative actions directed at me personally, perhaps for the rest of my life. And I will also complain about the lack of certain actions that are part of normal interpersonal life. And so I am convinced that the problems I am criticizing here can be solved.
This involves legal matters and questions, and the Police is most probably also involved. It likely concerns proceedings that haven’t been officially initiated against me. But I have a clean record. I know the legal rules and abide by them. If someone has started such an investigation, then they probably had a different opinion. And they did not stop it.
And that, for me personally, is the reason I will only speak with a lawyer from now on. And that is also the reason I will ask the Ombudsman of the city of Zurich for help in this matter.
This is presumably about volunteers working for the Police. And if I criticize that, isn’t that ultimately a complaint about the Police? And for complaints about the Police, the Ombudsman can help. The Ombudsman is independent in his work to which complaints can be addressed.
And then, together with my lawyer, I will ask the Ombudsman to help me ensure that the negative actions directed at me cease, and alternatively, that my positive suggestions, which I formulated on my blog, are adopted and implemented. And in the way described here, all the problems that I have described and criticized on my blog should be solvable.
