Richard Davidson study anxiety, stress, fear and depression with the tools of modern neuroscience.

At 1:00 min the the following video, Richard Davidson says:

« I began with most of my focus on the negative side of things. And then when I met the Dalai Lama in 1992, he asked me, you have been using the modern tools of modern neuroscience just to study anxiety, stress, fear and depression. Why can’t you use those same kind of tools to study kindness and compassion? And it was like, wow, just a total wake up call to me.»

But Deepak Chopra’s method to fight anxiety is much simpler and does not require modern neuroscience. Deepak Chopra sais in the following video:

If you are not in a state of anxiety, you should have about 8 breath per minute:»

So go down to 8 breath per minutes, and your fear sould be gone according to Deepak Chopra.
