Dr.-Ing. Rainer Blind from the Institute for Systems Theory and Automatic Control, Stuttgart University:
https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Rainer-Blind
called his Android app “a training tracker” an app for the really serious athletes four years ago:
https://github.com/rainerblind
This was 4 years ago when he has put a training tracker onto his GITHUB page. But is a training tracker still an app for really serious athletes in the year 2024, when PiEEG is available for 350 USD, which costs about the same as watch from Garmin? PiEEG has has specifications of research and medical grade devices. So why to choose smartwatches for really serious athletes in the year 2024?
Furthermore, is Rob ter Horst, post-doctoral researcher from the CeMM Research Center for Molecular Medicine of the Austrian Academy of Sciences in Vienna who is specialized in biological data analysis a really serious athlete in the year 2024, if he still uses a Polar H10 chest strap as his reference device for his smartwatch accuracy tests?:
Is this not an outdated concept in the year 2024? Should he not at least use a Swiss quality Schiller CS 200 ECG treadmill for his tests to be taken serious?:
These Swiss quality Schiller ECG treadmills are already available since more than 12 years. Why did the Swiss Federal Institute of Sports SFISM four years ago not test these Swiss quality ECG treadmills from Schiller in the paper about the Polar H10 accuracy as well?:
That a treadmill from Schiller is less accurate than a Polar H10 is hard to believe. We have data from similar medical grade devices which show that the Polar H7 is less accurate than an ECG treadmill for runs on a treadmill up to about 15 km/h.
And why does Rob ter Horst not use these devices of the highest accuracy for his tests as well ? It is absolutely incomprehensive that Rob ter Horst, a post-doctoral researcher from the CeMM Research Center for Molecular Medicine of the Austrian Academy of Sciences in Vienna who is specialized in biological data analysis not includes these devices of the highest accuracy in his tests as well.
But who pays 23 000 USD for a treadmill which he uses at home? If this is too much four you, Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org invites you to build a 3 channel ECG heart rate monitor which is based on a:
PiEEG:
https://www.elecrow.com/pieeg.html?idd=2
&
HeartPy:
https://python-heart-rate-analysis-toolkit.readthedocs.io/en/latest
to build a device for the really serious athletes of the year 2024 which they can use also at home. Peter Gamma from www.petegamma.org currently only has a Fenix 6:
and a Newgen medicals treadmill:
at home. But as a physiologist he suffers from using these devices, and he misses a 3 channel ECG device based on PiEEG at his home. It is also possible to build heart rate monitors for really serious athletes based on OpenBCI. There is a validation papers available for this which has shown this:
https://www.cell.com/heliyon/pdf/S2405-8440(21)01251-2.pdf
But if we start a new project in the year 2024, we suggest to use PiEEG instead of OpenBCI, since it is a platfrom which is simpler and more contemporary than the 10 year old platform from OpenBCI.
Unfortunately Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org currently has no time to build this device, since he has to find a new place to live, where he isn’t being chased by stalkers and the Police is breaking down the doors. But Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org invites everybody to build this device for his home by himself, if you are an athlete who wants to be taken serious also by medical doctors and scientists in the year 2024.
Information for product sellers who do stock market speculation and scalping with the products mentioned by Peter Gamma on www.petergamma.org.
According to the little experience of Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org, many of the products listed here are still full of issues which need to be resolved. If you do stock market speculation and sculping with those, you will loose Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org as a buyer of these products ans as a reviewer. Is this not risky? Will you not loose the majority of your costumers as well?
And does society in general not accept stock market speculation and scalping with products as those which are listed here? And will you not be politically incapable of finding a majority of the voters if you do stock market speculation and sculping with the products listed here?
And as a consequence will you not be condemned and punished by a political referendum soon? Especially if you do this to a Swiss, since are not majority of Swiss against stock market speculations and sculping with people on a budget? And people in Switzerland are known for a lot of political referendums, since we have direct democracy in this country.
And Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org will fight up to the European Court of Human Rights against people who do stock market speculation and sculping with the products which are reviewed under www.petergamma.org. And if they do not have yet the legal basis there to do so, he will fight for it.
