Gesche Rinpoche Jampa Lodro Dahortsang

was the oncle of Loten Dahortsang. Loten is currently one of the view Buddhist Meditation Masters who teach in Switzerland:

In 1970 Gesche Rinpoche he came to Switzerland.

He initially earned his living as a factory worker in Weisslingen. For seven years he stands on the assembly line full of cheerfulness and hard work.

  • Weisslingen is 5 minutes by car to the Rikon fabric shop.
  • Rikon is known worldwide for rikon steam cookers, and Weisslingen is 5 minutes by car to the Rikon Tibet Institute Monastry.
  • Jacques Kuhn was the developer of the “Duromatic” pressure cooker from Kuhn Rikon.
  • In the 1960s Kuhn Rikon supported the founding of the Rikon Tibet Institute monastry.
  • Jacques Kuhn, Swiss entrepreneur and inventor of the “Duromatic” pressure cooker from Kuhn Rikon was managing director Kuhn Rikon from 1969 to 1984
