How can we prevent that EEG chip manufacturers do stock market speculations with products which we are interested in?

Since several years we are interested in EEG devices. As soon as we showed interest in those, many product where offered to us, mainly containing the ADS1299 EEG chip from Texas Instruments. At the same time we observed that sellers to stock market speculations with those products. OpenBCI modules on Aliexpress have randomly scattered prices which is a sign that they are controlled by a marketing software with the goal to maximize profit. Other components such as 32 channel boards increased the price from 600 USD to 1200 USD after the Emotiv Epoc Flex with 32 channels has been released. But we currently do not know other developers than us who are interested in those.

The solution for us personally but also for other is to develop our own printed circuit board and using TGAM modules or TGAM module clones and connect those to InfluxDB. The prices for these modules are stable since years or drop sighly. Instructions how to build such devices can be found in our journal.
