«To practice Kundalini Yoga free of personal, sexual, financial or political pressure from your Teacher. «
Ethical standards of Amrit Nam Sarovar International Kundalini Yoga School in Saint Michel les Portes, South of France
Whe where looking for those standards where many Swiss Kundalini Yoga Teachers absolved their training.
But what we found from Amrit Nam Sarovar International Kundalini Yoga School is a newspaper article from the French Newspaper «Le Figaro» from 19/10/2023 which says:
«Director of a Kundalini Yoga School, Jean-Louis Astoul, Karta Singh, (who taught also in Switzerland, remark of MRIS) is accused of sexual assault on employees and students
- “At the end the head of the school, who operated under the name Karta Singh or Satyavrati Karta, was placed under judicial supervision “in accordance with the requisitions of the prosecution with obligations not to enter into contact with the victims, to pay a deposit of 9,000 euros and to report regularly to the gendarmerie. His passport was taken away from him,” adds the magistrate.»
- We where looking for an Ethical standard at Amrit Nam Sarovar because we have heard from Swiss Kundalini Yogi Teachers that they demand in case of a sexual relationship between a teacher and a student that the student should go to another teacher to receive Kundalini Yoga teachings than to the one to which he has or wants a sexual relationship. We heard this rule from Swiss teachers who where trained at Amrit Nam Sarovar and we where looking for this rule there but but we did not find it there.
- We have also observed that the same teachers who taught Kundalini Yoga in Switzerland which where listed on a website in Switzerland which was called 3HO Switzerland are now listed on a website which is callled «Swiss Kundalini Yoga»:
