EEG devices based on the ADS1299 EEG chip from Texas Instruments are on the stocks now & are selling out

Peter gamma from www.petergamma.org is flooded by EEG device demos which are based on the ADS1299 EEG chip from Texas Instruments, and flooded with EEG caps demos. But the only thing wich is interesting for him personally are are EEG devices with 8 EEG channels which are available for 200 USD on Aliexpress. But he first has to test if they work or not. And if they do not work, he decides for this device:

Why does Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org not find an affordable EEG device which is based on the ADS1299 altough he is looking for it since years & years & years?

But he first will study the scientific papers about it, and stop watching YouTube videos about EEG devices and EEG caps.
