Is this woman already 16 years old? Is this not hard to believe?
Who finds the following beautiful woman attractive—those in Switzerland under 16 who know the three-year rule, but who else? Sexual acts are not a criminal offense in Switzerland if the younger person is under 16, but the age difference between the parties is three years or less.
The older person is responsible for respecting this boundary.
But isn’t this a police investigation in which I am the subject? And could this woman have been making herself look attractive, and was that billed as a legal expenses insurance claim with me as the subject? Personally, I don’t find women of that age who make themselves look attractive in this way to be attractive at all.
And I’ll only discuss these matters with my lawyer from now on.
