How to build an EEG device with 8 channels based on InfluxDB as an OpenBCI Cyton alternative?

  • We again and again made very negative experiences with OpenBCI products and products which are based on the ADS1299 EEG chip from Texas Instruments:

  • We basically have here an instruction for a Muse headband with 4 channels which is attached to the Ubdots cloud, which is based on InfluxDB & Grafana:
  • And these are two important new products we need to replace OpenBCI Cyton, and these are TGAM EEG modules and InfluxDB:
  • But if we build two of these devices whe have 8 channels, and if we build four devices we have 16 channels, and so on, and we can continue with that up to 256 channels or more.
