The Israely where looking for a prophet who told them what God said, and Moses was one of these prophets.
But also Jesus found God who spoke to him. And a voice from heaveon told him that he is the son of God. He sah himself as the Messias, a prophet who was anounced in the old testament. And Osho rejected the term God and said «there is no God». But what exactly did Osho mean by “God”? There are a tremendous amount of definitions of it. The God of the old testament said «you shall have no other gods before me» (Exodus 20:3).

At time of Jesus people where looking for a prophets who told them the truth. They wrote down what their prophets told them and these became the holy scriptures. Jesus said he is the son of God and Jesus told to his followers what God said. And Jesus also said I am the light of the world. And there was no other light of the world than him for his followers.
