Oshos instructions where simpler. He said there is no need to teach all kind of meditation. Only one meditation practice is enough which can be spread all over the world, and that is «watching the breath meditation»
And from what we have learned it does not matter if we do Sadhana or meditation, whatever kind of practice, it gives you intuition, to guide your life by intuition.
