Read about if on www.petergamma.org. But to cut it short. Tibetan Buddhism has four major schools, namely Nyingma (8th century), Kagyu (11th century), Sakya (1073), and Gelug (1409). These school exist since around 1000 years and have proofen to be effective. But the effectiveness of EEG devices wich cost less than 10 000 USD is controversial. But we do not know anything about the EEG devices from gtec which cost 7000 to 8000 USD.
