Pinephone for LibreOffice
- What I miss on the Pinephone to use it with LibreOffice?
- I invested a lot of time in installing LibreOffice on the Pinephone:
https://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?tid=16614
- It works now but LibreOffice is not adapted to the Pinephone screen.
- I hope that in 10 years from now, hopefully sooner someone will adapt LibreOffice to the Pinephone screen.
- But If not, I will try it eventually myself.
- It takes a lot of time.
- But it should not be too difficult.
- If you use LibreOffice mobile as a daily driver, I invite you to participate to adapt it.
- Also the Pinephone keyboard is great in principle.
- It has a hardware connection and is very well built.
- A keyboard to work with.
- To adapt the keyboard layout of the Pinephone keyboard is not so easy for a Linux beginner as well.
- But I will soon swich from Windows 10 to Ubuntu and a Ubuntu Touch phone, and then things will hopefully getting better.
Android phone with Softmaker for Android
- On the contrast Softmaker Office for Android is adapted to the phone screen.
- For this and for other reasons I went back to an Android phone, at least temporarily for office mobile.
- And also for everthing which does not work on my Linux phones.
Difficulties with cloud-free file exchange between Linux phone and PC
- Another issue for me personally is also that access files on the Pinephone from a PC is difficult.
- folder sharing is possible:
https://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?tid=18080
- but it is too difficult for me personally at the moment as a user.
- The Pinephone allows also to write to the external SD with some distros.
- I tried this, but this is too time consuming to get it to work for me personally at the moment.
- I also installed a whole Linux distro on the external SD card of the Pinephone and then continued to use this SD card on my PC for data exchange.
- There where some troubles, which i don’t remember.
- It requires knowledge of Linux which I currently don’t have.
NextcloudPi as a coud-free data exchange between phones and PC
- I have chosen NextCloudPi instead for data exchange.
- This is easier and faster than the above solutions.
Linux phone with Ubuntu Touch as a privacy phone
- I will also buy a Google Pixel 3a with Ubuntu Touch as a privacy phone.
- And if I had the choice I would dump my Android phone, but this is not possible at the moment.
- I will use a Google Pixel 3a with Ubuntu Touch also as a phone which is reduced to the essential, and also to learn about Ubuntu Touch.
- And I prever a Linux phones over an Android phone if possible.

Information for product sellers who do stock market speculation and scalping with products mentioned by Peter Gamma on www.petergamma.org
According to the little experience of Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org, many of the products listed here are still full of issues which need to be resolved. If you do stock market speculation and scalping with those, you will loose Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org as a buyer of these products and as a reviewer. Is this not risky? Will you not loose a majority of your costumers as well?
And is it not so, that society in general does not accept stock market speculation and scalping with products as those which are listed here? And will you not be politically incapable of finding a majority of the voters if you do stock market speculation and scalping with these products?
And as a consequence will you not be condemned and punished by a political referendum soon? Especially if you do this to a Swiss, since are not majority of Swiss against stock market speculations and scalping with people on a budget? And people in Switzerland are known for a lot of political referendums, since we have direct democracy in this country.
And Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org will fight up to the European Court of Human Rights against people who do stock market speculation and scalping with the products which are mentioned on www.petergamma.org. And if they do not have yet the legal basis there to do so, he will fight for it.
What is a scalper?
A scalper is someone who buys something and resells it at a price far above the initial cost. For instance some says: “He got theater tickets through a scalper”: Someone who buys tickets to an event in order to resell them at a profit. And is it not also scalping if you take reviews from this site to make out of it a new product offer, and sell it for a higher price? We doubt that you will be successful with it. Since Peter Gamma will review your product and will user not come back to www.petergamma.org after that?
