had troubles with stalker for almost 20 years. And he never understood those. His advisor was the Zurich Tenants Association:

They have lawyers where we can ask questions if you are are a member. And a key message of the Tenants Association is that neigbouring conflicts are difficult to solve with a lawyer. So try to negotiate, what Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org did.
And one of the stalkers Peter talked to was a leading Swiss Musician.
And the first question he asked here: Can you please stop making artificial noise? And she completely exploded when he asked this question. And she asked him: Where you not here on last Sunday? Peter answered: I don t want to talk about this. Then she answered. Well, the kids aren t there anyway soon anymore and make you trouble.
And Peter had the impression that the Musician lacked of seriosity regarding this topic. And after Peter negotiated with all parties, he found out that several stalkers seemed to have the goal that Peter goes to the Police so that the Police catches those. And Peter supposes that there is a major issue in the Swiss social system:
This is what Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org has reached. He know sknow, or at least he supposed to know the motivation of the stalkers. And this makes things easier.
And what about the Police?
The Zurich Police seems mainly interested to have data against the stalkers, and to control people. One thing that stroke Peter, that although he uses MULVAD and MULVAD browser, this seems to be no barrier for the Zurich Police. So there seems to be an investigation going on against Peter, although he is not a stalker, not a criminal and not a terrorist. And he is forced to fight against this.
When Peter goes into the internet, the stalker who lives at the left side of him goes out of his apartment. And when Peter goes the next time into the internet, the woman who lives in the flat below him goes out of her flat. There seems to be a correlation between these events. And this is rather scary. Since this means that Peter has no privacy in his apartment anymore. And he supposes that he is also tracked when he leaves his apartment.
So the Zurich Police seems to have managed to have a method to catch stalkers who use the criminal „attack organ“ method. And Peter supposes these stalker want to be cached, since they are eventually rewarded by being cached.
But there remains one problem. Peter is stuck in negotiations with the property management of the city of Zurich. And Peter want to continue to negotiate. Not with stalkers anymore, but with the city of Zurich. Peter has asked tons of questions about this topic to lawyers, but does not have used one of this date to make him act.
Peter could go to the Zurich Police to ask those for help. But since his negotiations are not yet finished, he does not want to do this. But there is a problem attached to this. Since as soon as he makes a movement in his flat, he is challenged from the left apartment and challenged from the right apartment, which makes him suffer. And the only really satisfying solution to solve this problem is for him personally to start a private investigation with a witness and a lawyer.
Since one of Peters main problem is that he is always doubted from all sites. And as soon as he has a proof for what he says, he has the power to act. He can negotiate with the city of Zurich with a proof. He can go to a court, and he can also go to the newspapers. But what Peter describes here seems to be topic which not has been processed in Switzerland by the general public.
