Who invests time in EEG devices which eventually sooner or later will be only of interest for the Vietnamese?

We where interested in single board computers:

and we observed that devices like the Orange Pi 5 which was first reviewed in California migrated on YouTube over Spain to Vietnam.

Now we have a similar phenomenon with for instance the Greentek Gelfree S3 cap, which started in UK on YouTube and then migrated over Serbia to Slowenia. When will it arrive in Vietnam, too?

Instead if investing in EEG devices which eventually sooner or later will be only interesting for Vietnamese as for instance EEG devices based on the Texas Instruments ADS1299 chip, is it not better to invest in these projects, TGAM modules, InfluxDB and mental health:
