We suggest to choose the fellnr calibration:
https://fellrnr.com/wiki/Treadmill_Calibration
with a Xioami treadmill.
The Fellnr calibration is very accurate and Xiaomi treadmills can be controlled from Home Assistant:

They offer a speed sensor which can be monitored and eventually ajusted in Home Assistant. And the treadmill speed can be controlled in Home Assistant as well.
We can also test the other calibration methods DC Rainmaker has used and write a PhD. thesis about it which is the best one. But if we are looking for the most accurate calibration method we suppose it is the method fellnr has chosen.
