Which real-time streaming options of physiological sensors really work and are used by users?

We are interested in live-streaming options since several years. Here, we share our knowledge:

1. The old man biking had a real-time ANT+ system, but when we became interested in it it was not available anymore.

2. We are convinced that Andreas Bader Raspberri Pi ANT+ works, since he had many followers which he supported, but he stopped supporting it, when we became interested in it.

3. Reto Röllins Raspberri Pi Ant+ which send sensor data to an MQTT broker is supported by Reto Röllin, and he has users which test his code.

4. Dave Lusty from Microsoft UK showed us a demo with a Garmin Fenix 5 and Microsoft Power BI and a real-time heart rate stream, but we do not know of any users who use it.

5. Scott Harden with his Sound Card ECG showed us a demo of his heart rate in real-time, and had many followers which he supported and still supports.

6. OpenBCI Lab Streaming Layer live-stream has been reviewed in detail.

7. Alexandre Brachants Muse Lab Steaming Layer has a community which is alive.

8. The OSC stream of the Mind Monitor has been tested by users since the Mind Monitor exist.

8. For instance in Matlab, there are many Lab Streaming Layer applications which are reviewed and used.

9. The EEGLAB Matlab toolbox which was developed by Arnaud Delorme is not a real-time steam application, but is used in many scientific papers.

10. The BCILAB real-time EEG Matlab toolbox has been given up by the developer, which has left the Swartz Center for Computational Neuroscience.

11. We are member of the Lab Streaming Layer mailing list. Every now and then, we receive a message about an issue, and then we receive an answer from a supporter who resolves the issue. Lab Streaming Layer was developed and is supported by the Swartz Center for Computational Neuroscience.

12. smart-live.net showed us a demo how data from Apple Health can be synched into InfluxDB over Home Assistant. The Stryd foot pod distance is available in Apple Health when paired to an Apple watch. This is not an MQTT stream, but it is InfluxDB.
