Since 12 breath per minute is the lowest physiological level of the breath rate. And at 12 breath per minute, his brain is in a calm state at zero speed as far as his concious perception is concerned. And the brain also uses 20 % of the total oxigen of the body, hence brain activity affects strongly the breath rate. But what is your opinion about this topic?
