The latest Apple watch which was tested as far as accuracy is concerned in Cardiovascular Diagnosis and Therapy is the Apple watch 3.

But we strongly doubt about that the Apple watch 3 is the most accurate Apple watch. Tests by Rob ter Horst showed that the latest Apple watches are the most accurate ones. Unfortunately, they where not tested yet in Cardiovascular Diagnosis and Therapy.
