Are the Texas Instruments sellers responsible for the end of OpenBCI? Why has the OpenBCI WIFI shield never been relaunched? Is this because there are too many Texas Instruments sellers who want to money out of it? Every screw which is needed is in their marketing software? Are those who are responsible for this the Texas Instruments supporters in the EEVBLOG?
EEG devices starting from TGAM modules:
up to the g.tec medical multi-purpose device
seem to be strongly controlled by a marketing software:
as soon as something is repaired, as for instance the WIFI shield, it is not brought back onto the market, but integrated in products Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org never will buy, such as the Neurosity Crown or the OpenBCI Galea.
Often at first sight these products up to 50 000 USD seem to be the most unteresting devices. But all of these products seem to be hardly further developed. And we suppose this is because of InfluxDB. And as soon as someone goes deeper, products based on InfluxDB become more interesting also for people like Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org.
