  • Tibetan Buddhist master Gesche Rinpoche Jampa Lodro Dahortsang came to Switzerland in 1970:
  • He earned his living as factory worker in Switzerland for 7 years
  • In the year 1976 Dora Kalff founded the Buddhist Center Zollikon where Gesche Rinpoche became a teacher:

Gesche Rinpoche was the oncle of Loten Dahortsang

  • Loten Dahortsang himself came to Switzerland in 1982
  • He was educated for 17 years from two great Tibetan Masters, which where sent from his Holiness the Dalai Lama the 14th to Switzerland and educated.
  • He did not decide everything by himself, but his oncle, Gesche Rinpoche Jampa Lodro who was a great master of Buddhism and Meditation in Switzerland.
  • In 2009 Loten Dahortsang records the CD Beyond with Tina Turner:
  • On the CD Beyond Buddhist and Christian Prayers where recorded:
  • The interreligious project is supported with the blessing of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the head of Tibetan Buddhism, and Abbot Martin Werlen, head of the Benedictine monastery in Einsiedeln.
  • Would Jack Kornfield, Jon Kabat-Zinn or Zindel V. Segal record CDs with Tina Turner as well?
  • Aren’t they spiritual teachers as Loten Dahortsang?
  • Was Loten happy to record this CD?
  • Would he not prefer to teach for instance in the Buddhist Center Zollikon instead of recording CDs with Tina Turner?
  • But are there no other jobs available for Loten Dahortsang than recording CDs with Tina Turner?

Tibetan Buddhist master where taken up in Switzerland and earned their living as factory workers in Switzerland or record CDs with Tina Turner. What is your opinion about this topic? Write it in the comments below.
