To buy OpenBCI products on eBay & Aliexpress is risky and we did not know of a single users who said he was happy with these products – what can these sellers do?

They can offer an issue-fee WIFI shield

  • This product is only available from those, but not anymore from www.OpenBCI.com

They can offer PiEEG for 230 USD

  • This is the latest and best OpenBCI product for us personally.
  • If sellers on eBay and Aliexpress could offer it, it would be interesting for us, but also for many others.

To buy a module for 230 USD in China is not so risky. If this module turns out to be free from issues, it could eventually be a winning device for the Chinese developes as well as for the costumers around the world.

  • The other modules which these seller offer are complicated, and the risk they have issues is high.
  • Issues such as issues in the WIFI shield and communcation problems between OpenBCI module and Wifi shield.
  • Users reported about having these issues they bought from Chinese sellers in the www.OpenBCI.com forum.

PiEEG should not have that many issues, since the architecture is simpler.
