leaves Lama Pema Wangyal alone now. But we found a text about him from which we personally think it is worth mentioning:
Lama Pema Wangyal

For the Tibetan monk Lama Pema, life is about making something meaningful out of his time. He does not want to waste his precious life, but rather invest the time in teaching the Tibetan yoga and meditation tradition, in pilgrimages and in charitable projects. He wants to serve people who are not “well off”. (who can not lead an easy life, remark by P.G).
Pema Wangyal has been traveling in two worlds since arriving in Switzerland. He carries an eastern and a western seed within him. Two seeds that he would like to combine and bring to fruition. His eastern homeland is shaped by the Indian and Tibetan tradition with its unique cultural and spiritual facets. His western Swiss homeland is influenced by cleanliness, order and security. Two completely opposite lifestyles that he combines in his work for the benefit of people.
At the beginning of 2023, Lama Pema opened the first center of the Drukpa Kagyü School in German-speaking Switzerland in Kollbrunn.
The center teaches yoga, meditation and the philosophical methods of the Kagyü Drukpa School. A wide range of courses, seminars and spiritual journeys invite you to visit.
He also founded the non-profit organization “Drodon”. He wants to promote the education of children and young people and support poorer people in Asian society.
In Kalimpong in the state of West Bengal, the donations will be used to support a school project. It is very important to him to ensure that hygiene and cleanliness are improved. Washrooms and toilets are built for the students and teachers and the supply of fresh drinking water is secured. At the beginning of the school year, the children and young people receive school materials to promote education. “Education is the foundation for a free and independent life,” he says.
