We miss a Rob ter Horst (II) which tests the following scientific sleep tracker

Last Updated on July 29, 2023 by pg@petergamma.org

We asked Rob ter Horst (i) to test the following sleep tracker, but unfortunately he did not test this setup:

Greentek sleep cap:

Then we had at least one user who has used the Greentek sleep cap. And if something wrong with this cap, Rob could tell us and warn us all to use the cap. Then we would know something new finally. But for whom is it interesting, that sleep tracker x tracks deep sleep with an accuracy of 65 %, and y that it is 75%? Who is interested in these inaccurate devices? The device sellers who offer those to Rob for free, since the more views on YouTube, the more devices they sell? Is this the whole secret of the quantitiatve scentist Rob?

We suppose this cap would be the most accurate sleep tracker Rob ever has tested. But maybe it is the wrong subject for a YouTube video maker, but rather for a student project or a product developer. Whe miss a quantitative scientists who deliver quantitative data, the data Rob does not deliver.

But we do not know of any extended functional test which proofs the function of this cap:

So we have to ask ourselves, if it is not better to choose another cap for sleep EEG.
