Lama Pema Wangyal is an exierenced teacher for Tibetan Buddhist mediation with 17 years experience as a teacher in the Rikon Tibet Institute Monastery. But Pema Wangyal left the monastry and is now a teacher at the Drugpa Center Kollbrunn. Here is what Pema Wangyal currently teaches on his YouTube channel Yogtrack:
Is this not an image problem for Switzerland and also for the Felsentor Foundation, that an experienced Lama for Tibetan Meditiation is a YouTube video maker and makes videos hardy anyone watches? When Pema Wangyal was still at the Rikon Tibet Institute, he also taught on Swiss TV:
