Peter Gamma who is eventually suspected to be a terrorist & tracked for this reason altough he is not. He is therefore interested in a privacy phone as described here:
Rob Braxman said in the following video at the beginning, that Google is sharing data with the governement. And if so, we suppose that Google shares these data also in case of potential terrorists like Peter Gamma. Four years ago, privacy phone expert Rob Braxman said about the Nexus 5 with Ubuntu Touch that there is no doubt that this is the savest phone which is available to anyone:

Rob Braxman recommended Linux phones as privacy phones. One of those is the Google Pixel 3 with Ubuntu Touch:
But Rob Braxam said in the above video for instance in Linux phone the governement and the carrier can still track your phone. This can only be shut down by removing the the SIM card. Does the SiM card have to be removed completely to have complete privacy? What a surprise. Is flight mode not enough to shut tracking down? There is the advantage of the Pinephone which allows to turn off the cell modem switch.
