almost managed to get to work a 16 channel OpenBCI made in China module with WIFI field. You can find the information about his tests here:

how to modify the hardware of the OpenBCI WIFI shield to resolve the issues. If we look at the costs of for instance OpenBCI Ganglion plus shipping plus import taxes, this is about 700 USD. On the other hand, an OpenBCI made in China Cyton module with WIFI shield is areoun 370 USD in Switzerland. Jenelson had another issue with this configuration. He had problems with the connector between OpenBCI Cyton and WIFI shield. Eventually some of these components are faulty. Or there is only a stock of faulty modules left on eBay and Aliexpress.
