After this scientific study which was performed in the laboratories of Richard Davidson:

Matthieu Ricard commented about this, that the results of this study might be revolutionary and that they hoped they would be published in Nature. This was in the year 2004. But nothing revolutionary happened. On the contrary, 13 years later, the time from which Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org supposes that is required to become enlightened which is according to the Buddhist teachings being completely mentally healthy, Richard Davdsons book «Altered Traits» came onto the market:

Which says only 20 min of daily practice is enough to see a result in a brain scanner, which can be objectively measured.

But how much money can be made out of this finding? It is enough to write the best seller «Altered Traids», but not more.

But what is about 40 min, 60 min up to 13 years?

Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org supposes that this has been studied in secret brain scan studies in the center of healthy minds, at

  • Roche Basel where Laghsam visitors are brain scanned
  • at the University of York, where Krisztian Hofstadter is brain scanned:

  • at the University of Galway, Ireland where Talha Iqbal is brain scanned:

And eventually many more.
