Peter Gamma was angry because of people like a Spanish engineer who was sitting in the kitchen of the Meditation Research Institute Switzerland (MRIS) and was smoking there, altough it is strongly forbidden to do this, and he wanted to force him to go to the Police:
The Spanish engineer told him, he had broken his hand, he had problem with Swiss German and for him living in Switzerland would be a nightmare. So did the Spanish engineer want to force Peter Gamma to go to the Police because of him, and did he because of this continue smoking in kitchen which is strongly forbitten?
Peter Gamma was very angry about people like the Spanish engineer who caused im troubles and made him suffer. So he walked from the MRIS to the railway station and shouted out loud about what he experienced in the MRIS.
Then Peter was contolled by two Swiss Police men. The Police asked him «you are shouting out loud, are you all right?». Peter refused to give an answer about this to the Police, since he has the right to refuse to give answers about this to the Police.
Then the Swiss Police men told him: «you disturbed other people by shouting out loud.» Peter Gamma answered: «It is not forbitten to disturb other people». But the Swiss Police men answered: «but you shouted out loud on private ground, and it is forbitten to disturb other people on private ground.»
Peter Gamma walked trough the ground of a school house near the MRIS when he walked to the railway station. But he does not remember if he shouded out loud on the ground of the school house where it is private ground. Did he not only should before and after the school house, and not at all on private ground? So the Swiss Police has to proof that he shouded out loud on private ground if she wants to accuse him. And judges have to decide if the proof of the Police is valid, and he will be condemned for shoulting out loud on private ground in a fair trail.
But the two Swiss Police men gave him an oral warning for shouting out loud on private ground and disturbing other people, without having delivered any proof for this in front of the investigative authorities.
Peter Gamma will only should out lout outside of private ground in the future. And no one has proofen to this date that he did should out loud on private ground in the past in court. And he will not shout out loud between 6 – 22:00, when it is forbitten as well.
And if someone wants to accuse him for having violated Swiss laws, he has to deliver proof for this in a fair trial. Since Peter does not accept oral warnings of the Swiss Police without a proof which is accepted by investigative authorities. And he will not accept it without a fair court hearing, where he is defended by his lawyer. And he will only talk to his lawyer in the future, but not to the Swiss Police anymore.
