Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org trains only inside the house.

His training currently consists of:

  • stair climbing
  • walking meditation on a treadmill
  • breath meditation

He only has a Fenix 6:

and a Newgen medicals treadmill:

for his training.

And he most often counts his breath manually. He has no Adinstruments Pneumotrace with PowerLab for 10 000 USD for tracking his Respiratory rate:

And he has no treadmill exercise ECG device for 20 000 USD as the National Heart Centre Singapore has it:

Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org needs your help to make the devices for the training in his home lab more affordable. None of the devices he has listed under www.petergamma.org currently fits his needs as either, so that he would go for it and buy those. All of those are either to expensive for his home lab or to little developed.
