The Raspberry Pi Foundation
Eben Upton founded the Raspberry Pi Foundation with colleagues. The Raspberry Pi Foundation is a UK-based charity with the mission to enable young people to realise their full potential through the power of computing and digital technologies. But Raspberry Pi foundation founder Eben Upton makes painful availability updates about the Raspberry Pi and communicates also other painful decisions:
We are not young people and we don’t need a charity, but we still do not have a research grant, and continue to suffer from the Raspberry Pi shortage.
Every foundation has somehow to be funded.
We have for instance the
The Mind Foundation
which promotes psychedelic science
One of the speakers of the Mind Foundation is
Vanja Palmers
Palmers is million heir of the textile company Calida located in Switzerland. He studied business science and then became an anmial activist and Zen Priest:

Vanja Palmers is eventually co-funder of these foundations:
1) Mind Foundation
which promotes psychedelic science
2) Felsentor Foundation Retreat Center
Vanja Palmers is founder and president who founded the Felsentor Meditation Retreat Center on the Rigi mountain in Switzerland:

The Felsentor Foundation was established in 1999 by Zen priest Vanja Palmers and Benedictine monk Brother David Steindl-Rast.
3) Felsentor Foundation Animal Sanctuary
The animal sancturary can also be found on the mountain Rigi next to the Felsentor Retreat Center:

The animal protection center exists since 2005 and is the home of a wide variety of former farm animals who lived under catastrophic conditions, these animals include sheeps, pigs, goats, dogs, cats, chickens and ducks.
The Meditation Research Institute Switzerland (MRIS)
The MRIS has nothing to do with Vanja Palmers, it is a private project of Peter Gamma on Peter Gammas personal website:
What happens if these Foundations and Research Institutes need Rasperry Pi’s for their projects? They will continue to suffer from the Raspberry Pi shortage, as well as many other Raspberry Pi users worldwide.
