Which concerns people who are supported in one way or the other by funds from social insurance companies or publich fonds and have to or a free to make YouTube videos or to publish demos in the web. And the referendum is about if they should label the video or the review they publish as paid promotional video or review, especially if they receive devices for free for their reviews and tests.
We suppose that many reviewers on YouTube have a conflict of interests which they do not publish. And we do not know if what seems to be a test on YouTube of a person who does it for fun and in his spare time is in reality a paid promotional video.
As soon as these videos where labeled as paid promotional videos it makes sense for us personally what a lot of people do on YouTube. If not we cannot follow these people and do not understand what they do.
