othermod who also has a community for his devices:

  • He is putting Pi’s in PSP cases since seven years
  • supports zero 2 or & CM 4
  • the device is open source, small and draws little power
  • othermod uses an aftermarket display for his device
  • battery life with one charge:

4 – 8 hours for Pi zero
2 – 4 hours with the CM 4

He plans to use the device also as a portable Linux system, and not only for gaming.

We are happy to so see that the development of cases and carrier boards for the zero 2 w and the CM 4 have made progress. But we do not know if the PSPi 6 is suitable for our application.
