- leepspvideo shows us how to install Ubuntu on the Orange Pi 5 B on an eMMc:
- This resolves an issue which is described here that that the Orange Pi 5 does not boot Ubuntu from an usb SSD:
- tough we would prefer a removable medium to install the OS in instead of in internal drive.
- But Techstudio.ch still want to sell us the old Orange Pi 4 instead of the Orange Pi 5:
- other Swiss resellers to not offer the Orange Pi 5.
- in UK the Orange Pi 5 is available from Amazon, but Amazon is not available in Switzerland.
- The Orange Pi 5 can be bought from Aliexpress in Switzerland, but this is risky for the reasons discussed here:
