Is there a marketing trust for single board computers who dictates the rules for those?

If we look at this table we made for single board computers:

• We ask ourselves, are SBC attractive for buyers to the conditions sellers offer to us?
• Do sellers want to force us to buy LattePanda SBC, if we want to buy a device in Switzerland?
• And do sellers want to force us to buy the device on Aliexpress, if it is a newer device, as for instance the Raspberry Pi CM4, The Raspberry Pi zero w2 or the Orange Pi 5, where we do not have a warranty.

All of these options seem to be choosen by someone who seems not very interested in selling SBC, but rather in making money out of it and dicating rules, similar as what we experienced with EEG devices. So we ask ourselve, is there are marketing trust behind it who controls SBC computers?Marketing trusts are forbitten in Switzerland.

We promote antitrust laws as in Switzerland for all countries which we have already since 1995
