Is PiEEG buggy revisited? – why does no one let Jeff Geerling find about it with X-rays?

Last Updated on June 21, 2024 by pg@petergamma.org

  • We suppose that PiEEG is buggy.
  • Does not every product developer first make tests with a new product?
  • And if PiEEG would not be buggy, would it not be first sold to:
  • iWorx
  • g.tec medical
  • mBrainTrain
  • www.openbci.com
  • Adinstruments
  • and BIOPAC
  • but all of those do not sell products which look similar to PiEEG.
  • PiEEG developer Ildar Rakhmatulin only showed demos with a robot toy:
  • And published some papers with PiEEG in low lever journals.
  • And even if PiEEG would be buggy, would it ever be repaired?
  • There are issues with the OpenBCI WIFI shield since years.
  • It took me a lot of time to find out about it.
  • But I still cannot say you for sure where you find a WIFI shield which is free from issues.
  • Eventually when a seller has repaired it, he sells a repaired WIFI shield.
  • Or he saves the repaired one for later.
  • And sends you a WIFI shield with issues?
  • Since we do not have a community for OpenBCI made in China, we do not now about it.
  • And if we do not know anything about it, then Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org knows by experience, that only Stellar Power from Scottland and Jenelson from Denmark will come after him.
  • And if you are the last one who is interested in PiEEG, don’t forget to turn off the lights:
  • And share with others who are interested that it is over with PiEEG.
  • Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org tries to turn off the light for products based on the ADS1299 EEG chip from Instrumenst if he can.

Since we do not know of developers at the university level exept for Ildar Rakhmatulin from Russia who uses it for developments.

  • And Ildar Rakhmatulin kills also Moscitoes by laser:
  • So is there anything more to say about it?

The situation with Raspberry Pi’s is completely different. When something is wrong with those, as for instance with the Raspberry Pi 5, with which hardly anything worked when it started selling last year:

Jeff Geerling found out about it by using X-rays:

But the secrets behind PiEEG are hidden by selling only one PiEEG a month.

  • So how should we ever find out about the issues of PiEEG?
  • Let alone ever someone getting these things sorted out.

If you are fed up with products based on the ADS1299 EEG chip from Texas Instruments, choose products which are based on InfluxDB instead:
