- We called the Raspberry Pi zero 2 w the flagship hardware of the Meditation Research Institute Switzerland (MRI).
- This is because the specifications fitted to our needs
- but then we found out how difficult it is to install a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse:
- the Raspberry Pi zero 2 w is also a flagship in taking time to install it, what we failed to this date.
The Raspberry Pi zero 2 w was also a flagship in taking time for a first time setup to get everything running. We failed to this date to achieve this.
- The Raspberry Pi zero 2 w started selling for 15 USD
- Before we started reviewing it was around 40 USD on Aliexpress.
- We bough one for a quick test from Ricardo Switzerland for 100 USD.
- We failed until now to bring the device to work properly.
- But in the mean time, the price for the Raspberry Pi zero 2 w has increased on Aliexpress to 105 USD. This is more than on Ricardo Switzerland, where it is already sold out?
The Raspberry Pi zero 2 was also a flagship for a increase in price. It was 15 USD and is now the sevenfold of it´s release price which is 105 USD. Is this device really worth that much?
- Next to the 2 Raspberry Pi4 devices we never used we have another 3 Raspberry 3 devices which we never used, and there are plenty of Raspberry 3 which can be bought cheap on Ricardo.
- The Raspberri zero 2 w has a similar performance than the Raspberri Pi 3.
- We tested the running time of a Raspberry Pi 4 with a 10 000 mAh powerbank, it was around 4 hrs
- The battery life of the Raspberry Pi 3 should be a bit better than that of the Raspberry Pi 4.
We can use a 20 000 mAh power bank instead of a 10 000 to get 8 hours of continuous running time with the Raspberry 3 according to our estimation which is great.
