Can we explain many things we describe here as caused by marketing agencies who are controlling these people and want to maximize profit out of those?

5. Completely different is the situation with Ajahn Amaro. He has no money since 1984, but he still found someone who pays for his flights to Stanford, California to give talks there at the Universtiy:
