How can scientists get a lot of views for their accuracy tests on YouTube?

Test the heart rate monitors DCRainmaker tested before you:

who reached 85`847 views on YouTube in this example, and test these heart rate monitors as well:

You eventually reach 23`536 views on your YouTube channel as in this example.

date of evaluation 15.8.2023

And do not publish numerical and statistical data and testing protocols. You can blow up your accuracy plots on YouTube as much as you want. Will simple people not be impressed by those? But will anybody ever be able to confirm or refute your data?

Will not heart rate monitors sellers appreciate you for it? The more views, the higher the sales rates? And eventually scientists at the highest level with expensive testing equipment will be impressed, too? Will they start testing as well, and then let it be, as it has already happened?

But will the high accuracy of these heart rate monitors ever be confirmed in scientific papers? Do you not leave the impression that you test super highly accurate heart rate monitors with scientific methods at the highest level? But where are the papers which confirm these findings?
