To use a Raspberry Pi with an Android phone connected over an ethernet cable?

We have previously shown examples how to connect a Pi over ethernet cable to a Linux or Windows PC:

We think it is worth testing if a Pi 4 can be connected over an ethernet cable and a ethernet to usb – c adapter

to an Android device. And test if the Android phone can handle with an the internet ethernet cable connection. We can find out the ip adress of the Pi with the command “ifconfig”. We can then can enter the ip adress of the Pi 4 in the VNC viewer Android app:

And follow the instruction in the video. If everthing works, we can use an Android device as a Pi touch screen over a cable connection with the VNC viewer Android app. Testers welcome to test if this setup works. If it works for you, please let me know or post it in the comments below.
