The ODROID-XU4 can be bought on Ricardo Switzerland, currently 3 pieces available.
We already managed to install Ubuntu Mate on a Raspberry Pi4, which run great, but unfortunately touch control did not work. ETA PRIME says 98 % of the OS which run on the Raspberry Pi support touch, so we eventually can get it to work with Ubuntu Mate, too, by implementing it.
