How to build a 32 channel EEG device from PiEEG?

Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org thinks, this should be theoretically possible. Indonesian researchers have already done some preliminary studies about this topic, in papers which could be updated with the PiEEG instead of the ADS1299 Performance Demonstration Kit from Texas instruments..

  • A PiEEG is the much superior device than a ADS1299 Performance Demonstration Kit from Texas instruments.
  • Neurosity Crown is bild from a ADS1299 EEG chip and a single board computer, so it is basically a PiEEG.
  • To get all sensor data synchronous, all 32 channels need to be sampled at exactly the same time. And to do this synchronous on 4 Raspberry Pi’s should not be too difficult.
  • And then to join the sensor data which where sampled from 4 PiEEGs in one sensor database should not be too difficult as well.
